Future Communications
If you have any further questions, please get in touch with healthinfo@ucol.ac.nz. General and programme related enquires via ‘contact us’ form or ‘help’ on the website will be processed as usual. If we need to update you, updates will be shared via UCOL’s social media, website, Moodle or emailed to you. Where urgently required, we will also text students.

If you need assistance or help, please reach out to us.

Engagement Hub
The Engagement Hub provides additional support for many students at UCOL. If you are a student who has support from our Disability Co-ordinator, Youth Guarantee Co-ordinator, International Pastoral Support Team or one of our Engagement Co-ordinators, all your normal support is available by email or phone. If you haven’t already heard from them, get in touch with the co-ordinator you normally work with for any help you need.

Library and Learning
The Library and Learning team are here to support you with all your learning needs. Our Learning Advisors are available for online appointments if you need help with your studies – whether that’s understanding your assignment question, planning your next assignment, guidance for a re-submission or any other questions you may have. You are also able to access a number of online resources through the Library website. Use our databases to find journal articles for your research – many are available as PDF, and if not we can try to source it for you from elsewhere. There are also a number of eBooks available; look out for the ‘eResources’ filter when you search the Library Catalogue. If you need a hand, you can email us at LibraryPalmerstonNorth@ucol.ac.nz, call us on (06) 952 7001 ext 70601 or book an online appointment here.

Moodle Resources
You also have access to the Student Success Moodle page. This page gives you access to information and workshops for all Student Success services – available wherever you are! You’ll find everything from an interactive APA Referencing workshop to contacts and booking instructions for our Wellbeing team.

IT Support
Having internet or computer issues? Our IT team can try to help get you sorted. You can get in touch with them by calling 06 952 7001 and enter extension 70602, or by emailing helpdeskstudent@ucol.ac.nz.
