This workshop will help you connect personal and business performance through the importance and techniques of 'And' in this workshop.

The first two-hour session provides two proven frameworks and tools for organisations to:

Turn Strategy into Value: sustainably balance running and changing the business.
Evaluate Success: what worked well and what didn't and how to apply both in practice.

The second two-hour session introduces:

How to design and run team-based workshops to generate lessons learned from various work experiences.
Implement the actions needed to make effective changes for immediate and long-term impact.

The workshop is facilitated by Brian Carson. Brian has extensive experience developing individuals, teams and organisations in New Zealand and Australia. Brian's qualifications and accreditations include Management of Portfolios, Agile Project Management, Complex Systems, Team Management Systems, and Hogan Assessment Systems.
