Other Locations' ceremonies

In addition to the UCOL Graduation events in Auckland, Whanganui, Wairarapa and Palmerston North, we hold a ceremony in Taumarunui, and our programme partners also hold their own celebrations to recognise the hard work that our students have put into their qualification.

Taumarunui Ceremony

Congratulations to those who graduated with a Certificate in Carpentry in our April 2016 Taumarunui ceremony. The date for our 2017 Taumarunui Ceremony is to be confirmed.

If you have any questions about our 2017 Taumarunui ceremony please contact Jen Trow on 06 952 7001 extension 70218 or email

Graduands of our Partner Providers

If you are a UCOL student who has completed a programme through one of our partner providers, such as Horowhenua Learning Centre, you are still able to graduate from a UCOL Ceremony.

You will need to apply to graduate and confirm your address so you are able to receive your award – whether it is via post or at a ceremony. You will be sent an application form with your academic record at the conclusion of your study. Please note that if you have any outstanding student debt (e.g. course fees, library fines) UCOL has the right to withhold your award until the debt has been cleared.

To find out more about UCOL graduation ceremonies check out the Auckland, Whanganui, Wairarapa and Palmerston North ceremony pages.

Academic Records

Your UCOL academic record will be sent to you on completion of your programme and will be free of charge. If you do not receive your transcript within three months of your programme completion date please let UCOL Academic Records know by emailing them at After this timeframe an additional transcript copy will cost $15.00.
