New Zealand Sign Language is an official language of New Zealand. This interactive language is fun to learn, and knowing the basics will help you connect with friends or family members who are Deaf.
New Zealand Sign Language Week is celebrated during May every year, and this year it is from 9 - 15 May. We are organising some taster sessions on the language at UCOL Manawatū Campus. Keep a lookout for the sign of the day on the big screens.
