It’s almost the end of the academic year, which we know can be a stressful time with exams and assignments due. We have come up with some activities to help relax you, give you a breather and lift your mood.

Smash Therapy

Monday 21 October

The Forecourt

12pm-1pm

Come and smash some plates. If you manage to knock on down, you'll be rewarded with chocolate!


Tranquil Tuesday

Tuesday 22 October

The Atrium

11am-2pm

A little pampering always makes you feel like a million bucks. Come down to the Atrium for free shoulder massages, herbal teas, hand baths and aromatherapy. This session is guaranteed to send you back to class walking on air.


Canine Friends Dog Petting

Wednesday 23 October

The Courtyard

12pm-1pm

Cuddling our furry friends can lower blood pressure and reduce stress. Plus, who doesn't want some puppy love in their lives? Bring a koha to support the brilliant work that Canine Friends do in our community and let some cuddles and love melt your stress away.
