It’s almost the end of the academic year, which we know can be a stressful time with exams and assignments due. We have come up with some activities to help relax you, give you a breather and lift your mood.

Meditation Session

Swing by the Atrium for a sugar fix.

Library, Atrium (Block 4 end), & King Street grass area 


Cuddling our furry friends can lower blood pressure and reduce stress, so take a break from the study and pat a doggo from Canine Friends Pet Therapy. Afterwards, pop over to the Atrium for the Employment Expo.

Strap on a foam suit and challenge your friends to a dual in this fun game from Arena Party Hire.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so stop by the Whānau Room to fuel up with some healthy kai before you hit the books.
