Make date night dinner at Ambitions

UCOL's Chef Training and Hospitality team welcome you to dine with us for a limited time for dinner in our training restaurant, Ambitions. There's nothing like customers to keep us on our toes, so come in, and support our students' learning.

Our dinner service runs from 9 May - 22 June on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 6pm.

ENTRÉE
Soup of the day - a seasonal soup with lightly toasted bread
Prawn Ravioli - served with walnut/pea salad, pea puree and truffle oil
Sticky Hoisin Duck - with a shitake cigar, orange reduction and sesame shards
Caprese Salad - with buffalo mozzarella, basil, cherry tomatoes and bruschetta with a balsamic glaze

MAIN
Corn Fed Chicken Breast - with pomegranate and almond stuffing, cauliflower puree and baby carrots
Angus Scotch - with smoked potato cake, baby beets, green beans and jus
Pork Cutlet - with broad bean salsa, orange and pumpkin puree and masala sauce
Crispy Risotto Cake - with a mushroom medley, vine ripened tomatoes, drizzled with herb oil
Fish of The Day - your server will advise

DESSERT
Lime Crème Brûlée - with ginger snaps and candied lime
Warm Poached Pear - with coconut soil and apple crumble ice cream
Affogato - vanilla ice cream, chocolate espresso and cinnamon doughnuts
Trio of Local Cheeses - with plum chutney and crackers
